PRE-ARRIVAL REMINDERS
* Check-in is between 3-6pm on day of arrival.
* Five (5) parking spaces, 1 per room, are available across from the garage for overnight guests.
* One (1) handicap parking space is available in the driveway circle at the front door.
* Please let us know in advance if a wheel chair ramp is needed.
* Upon arrival, we’ll provide a tour of the property and key code instructions for entry.
* If you need assistance with reservations or recommendations, we’ll be happy to help.
* Complimentary breakfast is at 9:00am in the dining room for reservations with food service.
* Let us know if there are any food allergies, avoidances, or dislikes we should be aware of.
* On day of departure, check-out time is promptly at 11:00am.

* Order a Gourmet Picnic Basket from Virginia Picnic Basket Co. and let them take the work out of your winery tours, brewery visits, or romantic day. You can pick them up at their shop just over 1 mile away, or arrange to have them delivered directly to Hidden View for your stay. 24-hour notice required on picnic orders.
* Book a full service Luxurious Winery or Brewery Tour with Cork & Keg Tours for an unforgettable VIP experience for individuals, couples & groups of up to twelve guests, 21 & older.
* Arrange for a Portable Massage Service from Bethany Davis, a licensed massage therapist and beauty consultant who provides a professional and therapeutic in-home massage experience to guests at Hidden View B&B. Prior arrangements required. If you desire a same day massage and Bethany is not available, please contact Zeel (https://www.zeel.com) to place a booking.
